The Serafino Restaurant, recently awarded a Chef Hat, overlooks Lake McLaren and offers delicious contemporary dining.
Executive Chef Daniel Armon brings extensive experience from well-known kitchens across Adelaide, from The Playford Hotel and Bartons Restaurant at The Caledonian Hotel to the kitchen at Serafino.
He discovered his passion for food at a young age, first learning to cook from his Mother and deciding in his early teenage years to pursue a career as a chef.
After moving to Victor Harbor with his family, Daniel worked across the Fleurieu Peninsula, most recently working at The Hotel Victor and Woodstock Winery.
Daniel said he is looking forward to spending more time in the stunning McLaren Vale region, using some of the best local produce, and allowing his flair for Italian cooking to shine.
